All will Praise and Magnify Your Name!

Day 149:  Psalms 45:17

Psalm 45:17 I will make Your name to be remembered in all generations; Therefore the people shall praise You forever and ever.

O Triune God, You have made Your church all glorious, more glorious than the most beautiful earthly bride. You have worked from before she was even born to draw her to Yourself and to train her up in the way she should go. Before the foundation of the world, in spite of her fall into sin, You have loved her with an everlasting love. Though at times she has been unfaithful and beset by many suitors, attackers, and false lovers, yet You have redeemed her, renewed her, restored her so she is truly Yours. You have declared her pure and spotless before You and before a watching world. You will completely sanctify her in practical holiness for all eternity in perfect love, power, and truth. You will bring her to full, glorified perfection!

Such knowledge is amazing, incredible, glorious, full of joy and light, of truth and beauty. It is not just a romantic ideal, but a glorious reality. Your kingdom will come. Your will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven. We will praise You forever and ever. All creation will see and praise Your glorious plan and the amazing perfections of all that You have done, are doing, and yet will do!

            All hail King Jesus.

            Amen and amen!

Jesus Christ brought me to Himself at a very early age. I began seeking the Lord and writing prayer journals in my early teens and have continued to grow in my knowledge and experience of prayer. I am still learning and growing in my prayer life and long to help others grow in their prayer lives as well. I am not an expert, but a practitioner who needs God to continue to teach me to pray. Prayer is both simple, yet also profound. It is deep and draws us into the depth of God, but it is also so easy and wondrous that we can cry out to God with "Abba, Father" prayers because of the work of Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit. Prayer comes from God's heart, works in our hearts, and teaches us to go back to seek God's heart!
