God Will Guide Us In His Truth

Day 101:  Psalms 37:30-33

            Psalm 37: 30 The mouth of the righteous speaks wisdom, And his tongue talks of justice. 31 The law of his God is in his heart; None of his steps shall slide. 32The wicked watches the righteous, And seeks to slay him. 33The LORD will not leave him in his hand, Nor condemn him when he is judged.

            You have teach us, Your children, through Your Son, our Savior and Teacher, the Lord Jesus. You have guided us into all truth through Your Word and by Your Holy Spirit. You have put Your law in our hearts. It is our desire to love and follow You according to Your truth. Teach us Your way, O Lord. Help us to walk in Your steps that You have prepared for us. Help us not turn off the path from following You.

            Evil people are just looking for a chance to speak ill of us and of the Lord Jesus. Lord, do not give them a foothold in our lives or in our testimonies. Do not let the evil one or his many henchmen prevail against Your children. There is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus.  The accuser of the brethren has been cast down.

            You have not left us to the evil one or allowed us to be condemned when we are judged. You have cleared us of charges. You have brought us to Yourself. Now deliver us from death and judgment according to Your promise. Cause us to stand before You. Prepare the table before us in the presence of our enemies, even as You have promised.

            In Jesus’ Name Alone, Amen!

Jesus Christ brought me to Himself at a very early age. I began seeking the Lord and writing prayer journals in my early teens and have continued to grow in my knowledge and experience of prayer. It is deep and draws us into the depth of God, but it is also so easy and wondrous that we can cry out to God with "Abba, Father" prayers because of the work of Jesus Christ and His Holy Spirit. Prayer comes from God's heart, works in our hearts, and teaches us to go back to seek God's heart!
